This property was successfully operated as an award winning eco-resort for 20 years. It has reverted back to a private residence and is a wonderful family compound. The property consists of 10 buildings on a unique sea to sea 1.5 acre parcel. The owners have retired and are relocating.

A wonderful attribute is being 'boat accessible only", (ie; ferry boats and private boats) which affords the property the feeling of being "off the beaten path", yet only one mile across Elizabeth Harbor from George Town, Exuma with it's shops and frequent freight boats. Additionally, Great Exuma has an international airport and there are daily non-stop flights from south Florida and Atlanta, and frequent direct flights from Toronto.
The property was designed be very environmentally friendly. As Stocking Island is "off grid", this property treads lightly on its' special location, utilizing solar power, ample water collected and stored in rain catchments, and has both standard and composting toilets.
